Sarah Dearlove was born in Devon moving to Cornwall in her teenage years to study a Foundation course at Falmouth College of Arts. In later years Sarah gained a graphic design HND from Plymouth College of Art and Design, and in 2000 she graduated from Falmouth college of Arts with an Illustration degree specialising in childrens books.

Sarah now lives and works as an artist and illustrator in Cornwall.

Working mainly with acrylics she stylises her subject matter taking inspiration from daily life, her family, animals, friends and the beautiful area she lives in.
